I was recommended to Allstate by a Church brother and have been with Allstate Insurance for over 10 years and the service is excellent. The staff are wonderful people to work with. They go above and beyond for me, they worked with me especially Anthony who is no longer with Allstate. I loved working with him, he was wonderful. I worked with Michelle who was also wonderful. Grest experience. I filed my first claim with Allstate. I worked with Ms Roberson who was professional she provided timely feedback to resolved my claim. I also had an opportunity to contact their office after completing my 6 hr defensive driving class to censure I receive the appropriate discount. The representative was also professional and took care of my request. I am receiving the appropriate discount.

I called them on Monday to make sure they was open i told the lady that it shows them open on Saturday's but when I passed by they were closed she said they would have to change it cause they never open on weekends, they only accept credit cards no cash and they don't print out insurance cards i was like i could've stayed home and do this myself well now I know.
