I would recommend Gentle Friends to anybody. Paulina has been so great and helpful to me and my family in insuring both our home and our car. She is patient, thoughtful, hardworking, responsive, and super knowledgable. For my home purchase, she came for a personal visit to verify information about my pet and, on my auto insurance, she stayed late in the office to make sure I had a policy on the same day as my purchase. Just above and beyond service, not to mention both policies were very well priced and exactly what I needed. Again, I can't recommend Gentle Friends enough!
