Tessa and Gartman have been great to work with during both the claims process and insurance coverage process. Quick to respond and always there to provide assistance.

Used to be a great company but has gone significantly down hill here recently. Edit Tried to get back in touch with Mr Gartman after receiving a phone call. The guy answering phones definitely seems to have attitude issues and can never let me return Mr Gartmans call. Tessa refuses to respond to emails and the only company they'll quote for car insurance is progressive, which I refuse to use. So they refuse to quote me anyone else. Just not the same company now that Pam is gone. She was ALWAYS extremely helpful and happy to help. A joy to deal with. The complete opposite of the staff currently.

I have needed their help on several occasions where response time was extremely important, sufficient information, and council on how to proceed was required.
