Dealing with this State Farm branch has been frustrating and time consuming when it comes to canceling my policy. I emailed over 2 weeks ago, numerous times and never received any response. Imagine if I had to file any claims. When I finally had time to call, instead of apologizing, Garnet said, “ that email doesn’t work, you should call”. Mind you, that is the email address that is on their invoices, as well as given to me by an agent on online. Well, after sending my info to the “correct” email address, i have yet to hear from anyone. Meanwhile, i’m receiving email after email for invoice payment. Disappointed for sure!
