Michael Plafker has gone above and beyond and has become my go-to insurance guy for everything. Aside from always finding me the best rates, he helped us through a terrible flood claim at our marina and acted on our behalf to get us the best possible outcome. He was there every time we needed him, dropping everything during his day and working with our adjusters. He has grown to take care of all my personal and business needs and will continue to moving forward. If you want someone you can trust, rely on and always be a gentleman to deal with, he’s your guy. He’s the only guy I’d recommend to fellow marinas, friends and family.

PURCHASED BOAT INSURANCE FROM THIS AGENT GARBER ATLAS FRIES & ASS INCTWO MONTHS AGO WAS DEBITED THE FULL POLICY AMOUNT $3248,00 instead of monthly payment as per date I STILL HAVED RETURNED MY DEPOSTE OF $3248,00 EVEN AFTER DEMANDED ANOTHER $1000 PAYMENT OR WILL CANCEL,,, I am now in legal action with an attorney to get refunded ,,, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM ,,,

Look, Nobody wants to pay for Insurance. Nobody. I don't care how much they push Flo and her friends. Jake, Limu Emu and Doug (and the guy with the deep voice), the Geco, the guy who wants to keep you from becoming your dad, the duck, the general, and the Farmers Chorus, Brad Paisley & Payton Manning...nobody wants to pay for insurance. But we need it. You can't drive a car or own a home without it. This firm is reputable...they return phone calls and they are local...even though they represent national companies. I wish the rates were lower, but the same can be said about all of them. You gotta have insurance.

Completely disgusted by the agency's treatment. I have been a humble client for 20 years and yet was treated with contempt and disrespect. These people do not appreciate return business. And therefore I have moved on to another agency that is greatful for the patronage. They(GAF) are still calling and trying to push their business. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this group. Their emplyoees were nasty and arrogant to a returning customer..... I still do not get it!!!
