I have been with gans and Smith so long I can't remember how other agents treat you. The agent I had for the longest time made an effort to shop around to find me the best prices. That agent retired. I filed a water damage claim last year and did a good bit of the legwork myself. I was told it wouldn't do any good to shop around this year because of the claim I filed last year.
