My Erie Ins through the Gannon Insurance Agency was sufficient until I found a better price for our insurance needs and needed to cancel our Erie Ins policies. They made dropping our insurance with them such a difficult task it was unbelievable! -That is reason I've decided to write this review, as a warning to others.- First I was told that I needed to travel in person to the business to cancel in-person. This option was not convenient to us as they were about a 45 minute drive from where we live. After much back and forth, which I had to finally have my husband handle because they were very dismissive to me. I felt like I was drug back back into the 1950s the way that I was treated!!
