Great experience. I thank Marissa and her staff for taking time to go through all my insurance needs, answer all my questions and literally save me thousands of dollars over my previous agency. It wasn't until I had a total loss due to a fire that I realized how great the Gallant agency is. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gallant a few days ago. He and his wife are wonderful and kind people. I drove him to an event. If he is even half as kind to his clients as he was to me, he would be a great guy to do business with. A truly nice man and you should give him a shot.

After having difficulty with another agency, I called Gallant Insurance and spoke with Ann on the phone to inquire about a quote for a homeowners policy. Ann was amazingly informative and patient and took the time to explain many things to me that the other agency rushed over. The process felt very personable as I didn't have to fill out a long online form to get a quote like I did at the other agency - she was able to fill it out herself based on our conversation. She was very experienced in the field and I highly recommend Gallant Insurance!
