We are a national recruiter that requires coverages in multiple states and they've done a fabulous job of easing the burden for us providing the proper coverages where needed. Was due a refund. Abby was rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I contacted her about 10 times about the check and she said they already mailed it. Then changed your story and said the finance company still had it. When I called the finance company they said they had already sent it to her yet she continues to deny that. I feel like something fraudulent is going on. Why would they hold my funds for over two months?

I have done work for them as well and as always they have always come through in a pleasant and professional manor. If you need aircraft insurance they are the only broker I would ever recommend
