Worst insurance company ever they don’t answer emails don’t care about customers just terrible as well as wrong COI it’s amazing they stay in business I could not wait for my insurance to end so I could leave small companys beware and stay away

We have Errors and Omissions (E&O) and General Liability (GL) insurance through this provider, but their customer service and account executives are unresponsive. When they do respond, it often takes three or four follow-up emails, and we struggle to get even basic needs addressed. I would definitely NOT recommend them for your insurance needs.

Worst insurance company by far. They answer the phone to take your money and that's it. If you need to add or change anything, they won't answer the phone. I'm quickly fixing to change companies. I have been trying to reach someone for a week. Maybe after they see my review, someone will call me. Only been with them for four months, and never again. I don't recommend to anyone for personal or commercial insurance. Save your money and time.

I am more than blown away by the customer service that has been provided to me by Assured Partners of Texas. Leann has gone above and beyond to help me in an insurance situation that has been a nightmare to say the least. I have now moved out of state, and she still way able to help find me new quotes in my area and answer any and all of my questions about law and policies between TX and AR. I highly recommend Assured Partners for all of your insurance needs! I will definitely be following up with HQ to praise the efforts of this team!

I purchased a new car this summer. It took them almost two weeks to return my calls and get the car insured. Then to add insult to injury they cancelled my auto pay on accident when they finally added the car to my insurance. Run, don't walk away. This is not a reputable company.
