I had to deal with these folks via proxy while attempting to get a friend a better rate and they kept putting off adjusting her rate each month without explaining why and refusing to call her back until after it was too late to switch to a lower rate that month. Staff was rude and owner was impolite after it was explained to them why she was switching. She gave quite a few different attempts and gave these people more than enough chances to operate morally, and they chose terrible business practices. This was over two months. They had plenty of time to get back to her and chose to be lazy/intentionally ignore her calls. I would recommend them to no one.

Working with Jim has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have the coverage we need. He is always available to answer any questions we have. Compared to other insurance agents we have had Jim has made the business insurance aspect so much easier and less difficult! If anyone is looking for insurance call Jim! He will definitely work to make sure you are happy and getting the best!

Do not use this insurance agency. They will not disclose different points about your homeowners insurance, and then threaten cancelation after you prepaid the entire policy in full up front. This is a terrible agency. DO NOT USE CRAWFORD INSURANCE EVER.

Had called about emailing an insurance policy to a certain inspection agency and was told I would receive a call in 15 minutes that never came, so I called back and was told I would receive a call soon ,that call didn't come for another 4 hours when the agency was closed. Not real happy!

Jim Wissman is a great agent to work with...Always on time and very knowledgeable about the business...I highly recommend working with Jim!
