I have a policy that is PAID IN FULL. I have been calling for several days and NO ONE has returned my call. I called and it went to voicemail. I called back and asked the receptionist for help. She in the RUDEST MANNER told me that Nick was in his office but whether or not he answers his phone and then transferred me. It went to voicemail. I called back and now she is automatically sending the calls to Nick and he is still not answering the call. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONALSIM AT IT FINEST. I will be switching to USAA as soon as I can because every time I call them, I NEVER get brushed off or sent to voicemail.

Difficult to get a hold of an agent. No longer seem to have the client's best interest at heart.

I have a business policy, auto policies, home owner policy, and can not get a return call or anyone to answer my call for days.
