I just spoke with Scott in the Louisville office. He was very rude to me. He asked me what I didn’t like about my current supplemental plan and I told him it wasn’t the plan but the price kept increasing. He asked me what I was paying. I tried to tell him what I started at and how it increased but he cut me off and told me he needed to drive. I told him I was trying to answer his question. He told me I was being redundant and it was irrelevant what I paid before, he just needed to know what I was paying now. I told him he didn’t have to be so rude to me and he said he wasn’t the agent for me and hung up on me. I couldn’t believe how rude he was and what he said to me. I think the corporate office should know how he treated me. The phone call was recorded, I hope it is reviewed. Assured P
