HORRIBLE service, no one answers. A total of 5 calls, voicemails later, finally get through only to be told she would mail and email cancellation notice with required signature, 4 days later NO MAIL, NO EMAIL! Called again, still no answer and STILL NO CALL BACK. In the mean time, auto bank withdrawal OCCURS soon.
I’ve been trying and trying to get policy cancelled, SEVERAL calls, several voicemails later to be told we’d get email and mail policy with required signatures, and STILL NOTHING. CALLED AGAIN AND ANOTHER VOICEMAIL, and still NO COMMUNICATION. I will continue my rant until my mothers’s policy is cancelled!!!!
