Getting a claims adjuster to call me back is like me going outside yelling for my dead dog to come and me sitting there waiting. It just doesn’t happen. They have been late on payments but I have been on time with all my documents. Workman’s Comp needs to get better. I’ve been calling since 8am and it’s now 4:39p and I still haven’t heard back from her. What is going on????

Got an email that my claim was denied… emailed 6 times asking why, and heard nothing back. Called 3 different people, left them multiple voice mails asking for an explanation… still nothing. Contacted the call center they said they couldn’t answer my questions but would have someone call me within 24-48 hours 3 weeks went by nothing. Now it’s payday and I didn’t get paid! Called again, nothing again. Got an email today that simply said per my email claim is denied but you are cleared to go to work. No shit, I’ve been at work for a week and an half and she still didn’t answer my question about a reason my claim was denied! Absolute joke.

I work and have never used these services. But they called my place of employment more than 13 times in 10 minutes unwilling and unable to accept they had a wrong number and I wasn't going to speak with them. As of writing this review the calls are still coming in.

Gallagher Bassett is managing a claim for a storage unit in lake Elmo MN via US Storage. I have reached out a total 10 times over 7 weeks with just a response that it’s in line. I could not see why you would want to hire this company for any insurance needs

If I could give it a zero, I would! No sort of communication! Claim has been sent to 4 people and each time it was the same reply, "The previous person just didn't finish it, so now I have to", but again gets sent to someone else without notifying me! Emailed and called multiple times. How is this even a company if this is how it's running things for injured workers!
