I filed my taxes here because someone attempted to file under my identity this year so I could not do it online once I reported it. Told the accountant about the issue and they said no worries it will still go through. Few days later they called saying it was rejected that I had to come in and get a physical filing and mail it to IRS. I showed up and waited over an hour for anyone to even ask what I needed. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Also watched people blatantly skip me because they knew Galabya well. Did not even acknowledge my existence until I had enough of waiting and went up to the accountant. Only reason it isn't 1 star is because they did the paperwork (granted it takes nothing with the e-filing system). They charged 120$ for this service. I will also pay for postage f
