Gabriel Gomez - State Farm Insurance Agent

Gabriel Gomez never answers calls. You will only ever speak to his secretary, who does not have enough knowledge to properly explain policies or payments—and she also refuses or is unable to transfer calls to Gabriel. He simply does not show up to clarify anything. One of my vehicles was removed from my policy by mistake. I only noticed because the automatic debit amount was incorrect. I had to call and investigate myself, and again, the secretary was the one forced to handle the issue because Gabriel would not take responsibility or communicate directly. I still have many concerns about whether my payments and policies are correct, but since Gabriel refuses to speak, I’m apparently expected to just trust whatever the secretary says. That is unacceptable when dealing with Insurance.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with Insurance agents of other companies, until I met Gabriel Gomez of State Farm Insurance. Not only is he kind, friendly, and very humble, but he is such a professional in his field. He is very knowledgable and he knows how to take care of his client’s needs. And the fact that he is fluent in Spanish is a plus. I’ve sent my entire family to him and I’d truly recommend him to anyone else. Thanks, Gabriel, you’re the BEST!!!

Gabe and team has always shown exceptional professionalism and knowledgeable about all things insurance wise. He’s always kind and accessible to discuss our policy needs.

I come from the service industry and this is one of the worst cases of client-blaming, gaslighting, and dismissive behavior I have ever experienced. He is condescending, takes no accountability, and blames his clients for HIS lack of communication and misinformation. State Farm as a whole is a horrible company and Gabe and his team fit right in with their culture of unacceptable and horrific client service. Your response to this is so unfortunate. If that's your story then god bless you. YOU berated ME on the phone. Do not flip the story now.

I put in a request with the 800 number for this guy to call me back about a rate increase in the middle of my auto term. This was days ago and no call. They only call you to try and sell life insurance. I've been a state farm customer for over 10 years and this is by far the worst agent I've had. I would have already switched but it's an enormous hassle to complete the change. The only thing keeping me with this dreadful company is that they actually pay claims.
