G Stephen Dulaney - State Farm Insurance Agent

The Stephen Dulaney State Farm office is a rare breed these days -- a business completely focused on customer care. Kim and Tami are always cheerful on the phone, ready to help with big and small issues or questions about specific insurance coverages. We have multiple policies with Stephen Dulaney and can't imagine working with anyone else. Cheerful, helpful five-star service day in and day out!

I've been a State Farm customer since the 1980s, and it's hard to imagine going anywhere else for insurance. And it's hard to imagine getting support for any of my State Farm policy needs except from the Dulaney agency. I may be an unusual insurance customer. I don't really want to spend lots of time thinking about insurance and dealing with insurance companies EXCEPT when I need help, and then I need it to be responsive, prompt, cheerful, helpful, friendly and everything else you'd hear in a Boy Scout motto. Stephen, Kimberly, Rebecca and everyone else I've come in contact with at State Farm's Dulaney agency have been perfect every time. They deal with the main State Farm company whenever they can and give me tips to deal with them when it's something I have to do myself. I highly recom

I emailed Stephen on a weekend when I moved back to the area to move my insurance. He promptly responded, when the office was closed and let me know someone would reach out to me first thing Monday morning. Tami called me Monday morning and got me squared away in a matter of minutes! I’ve since sold a car and bought a new one and Tami had me covered thorough the whole process. She also proactively found adjustments to my policies to reduce my premium. Everyone at the office is always kind, polite, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. I can’t recommend them enough!

Stephen, Kim and Tami have been absolutely great to me over the last 10 years since I have used them and State Farm for all my insurance needs. They are very responsive and professional. They take the time to properly explain the pros and cons of every type of policy and coverage.

My parents had been State Farm folks with this group forever. My mom recently died and I can't express how helpful and wonderful they were. Not only were they super efficient, but I got help immediately when I called. Due to my parents' trust in them, I have always been a State Farm insured person as well.
