Called the so called road side assistance for a dead battery and was left stranded for 4 hours in the freezing cold.Then was contacted and told there was no 24 hour service in Johnstown, called Krouse's and had a tow truck there in 20 minutes. Would not recommend.
My floor insurance went up $4000 for the year from $400 to $4000. No one can explain why that happened. My escrow account is not negative quite a bit of money and they are raising my mortgage several hundred dollars a month. I called and they said they would get a new quote for me and call me back. I have yet to hear from them. Would NOT recommend.
FWF Insurance handles my personal and our business insurance. They are very helpful when you need them with quick response times. I would not go anywhere else for my insurance needs.
Any time I need my business insurance certificate sent to a contractor.no hassle with anything for that matter
