Jake is awesome! He gave me a great quote for homeowners insurance while offering other products without being pushy. He is very friendly and we probably talked more about places to ride motorcycles than insurance!
Absolutely terrible place! You call they take your information call you back with absolutely no results. Then you wait to hear back and they don’t call. So you call back, days later mind you! They say oh I’m sorry I haven’t had any luck in getting what you want or need so I’ll keep working on it! I’ll call you back later 2 days later still no call back. So you call back oh I’m sorry I was just working on it today, still didn’t get any closer to what you need or wanted. 8 days of me calling back and back and back. No thanks if I wanted to do your job I’d get paid for it and actually do it!
