Very disappointed. No follow through, no help, no response. I have two homes and three vehicles insured with them. No claims, no citations and for this I pay over $5000.00 a year. Seems like I can do a lot better elsewhere in all regards.
We have used Frye for years both personally and professionally. The entire staff is wonderful. Now that our kids are grown, they too use Frye for all their insurance needs. Great family owned company.
The agent at this location is unfriendly and probed for information to drop all of our insurance. She called us to discuss a car claim, the conversation shifted to our house and dogs in a casual conversation sense, she asked what type of dogs, we said that one of them was possibly Chow but we weren't sure, and she immediately changed her tone and said that they were dropping us due to a restricted breed being in the house. First of all, we asked where we could find a list of forbidden breeds because we were unaware, it was said that that information is not posted to the public. That's the biggest dishonesty marker right there. Secondly, we stated that we had no confirmation that our dog was chow, just that a vet looked at her tongue once and said "oh she might have some Chow in her, bec
Extremely rude and unprofessional. They cancelled our policy because of a dog breed that they aren't even sure is the one they don't accept. Losing homeowners insurance is traumatizing and they went as far to say that they were proud of what they were doing to us. Frye insurance is a total waste of time. We had them for 15 years. Goes to show loyalty doesn't matter.
ALWAYS such a pleasure to talk to Tracy and Tom the owner. My husband and myself have had ALL of our insurance thru them car, home, etc. since we got married about 15 years ago now!! Any time I've ever had a fender bender or any kinda issue, all I do is call in a panic and they talk me down and fix it! Just a quick call to ask a ? And Tracy saved us sum extra $$ by just asking us a few questions... We feel like our business and all of our assets are fully protected and we have MORE coverage than we ever even knew about! Keep up the great work!! And Thank You!
