Worst insurance agent EVER! I had a house fire and called the agent and he files the claim, but has not called us once in the 5 months since it happened. No follow up asking if the adjuster had come, were we okay. I use local insurance in order to receive personal service. Might as well use some online person in California as expect this agent to care about you, your home, or your belongings.

If you're looking for a real reliable insurance company they are very fair and all the prices they give you easy way to make payments once a month once every 3 months once every 4 months once a year there's many different choices or it can be broken down within multiples they never harass you . I've always had insurance through them for the last 5 years I've never had to use any of it they are always very kind when I go in I like them all and I would I have told people that's where I get my insurance and that's where I would go if I was them so I'm not sure how many people have went I don't know I hope a bunch.

French Insurance Agency is hands down one of the best Agency’s I have been fortunate to work with. Their customer service is outstanding and they are always looking out for my best interest. I look forward for the years to come.

I have always been satisfied when I have questions or need help with anything to do with my car. I would highly recommend them.
