After almost 50 years of safe driving, I totaled my car. I was mortified and embarrassed. I cannot say enough good about Fremont Insurance. My adjuster, Rob, was absolutely fabulous. I had no idea what to expect, but he was kind and understanding and really put me at ease. He was on top of everything and the claim was processed quickly. They gave me a very fair price for my car. Every single person that I talked to was so genuinely kind and helpful. Customer for life! And R.I.P. Elsie the Equinox!

Fremont Insurance gets an A+ from me! From the Integrity Agency in Dutton who was just amazingly supportive to the adjuster who handled my claim. I was in shock, but Rob was very kind and answered all my questions. I never felt “lost” in the midst of the situation, but I knew that Rob had it under control. Fremont has been amazing! I had them for over 10 years and they insure the House, Cars, and Travel Trailer. It's a Michigan Company and I try support in State business whenever I can. I never had an issue. Even when I was involved in an accident which totaled my truck I got a very nice settlement. Of course I had to haggle a bit but the claims adjuster eventually agreed and gave me a fair claim check for a another truck. Their service is and was prompt and smooth. I'd recommend them for all you insurance needs. You won't find another any friendlier

Our experience with Fremont has been nothing but amazing! Fremont has been attentive, quick and fair through the entire claim experience. As a result of our experience and cost of coverage, our children moved their auto policies and renters insurance over to Freemont. No regrets!

We were involved in an accident at the beginning of December and experienced significant delays in communication from our insurance provider. It took several days for insurance to respond initially, and as a result, 15 days of rental coverage were provided. This lack of timely communication is the primary reason for the low rating. More than a month later, we finally received our vehicle back from the collision shop, only to discover that the repairs were incomplete and the car is not currently road-safe. The collision shop has been very responsive and helpful, and they have confirmed that additional work is required. At this point, all that is needed is for insurance to respond and coordinate next steps. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to contact our agent and Fremont’s main offi
