Freeway Insurance

Terrible experience with Freeway Insurance. I’m being charged about $300 a month for very poor coverage. When I renewed my policy, I specifically asked if the price quoted was for the rest of the year or monthly, and I was told it was for the rest of the year. That turned out to be completely untrue and it was actually a monthly charge. Very misleading and dishonest. I would strongly warn others to be extremely careful and get everything in writing before dealing with this company.

Freeway insurance is one off the best also your employer are the best Josh,and Genesis as your workers are the best i would tell people of the service you give great workers are hard to find everyone i in, Freeway insurance 😀 👍🏽 they are the best i give them a five or ,more thanks you for your help Josh,and,Genesis God bless 🙌 😀

The customer service was phenomenal. Josh saved me almost $200 a month with his knowledge and expertise. Literally you NEED to call freeway and ask for Josh or else you're going to over pay for your insurance policy. Very helpful and caring, he was able to set up new insurance for both me and my girlfriend all over the phone. He definitely knows his stuff and wants to help get people the best policy possible. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, or anyone looking for insurance. And will most certainly return in the future!!!! Would give 6 stars if possible, the man deserves a raise.

Josh Soto is an absolutely incredible customer service representative and insurance agent. By our conversation, I can tell that he takes great care of each one of his customers and is always looking out for their best interest. Josh is very competent, kind, thorough, and professional. I had a great experience with him over the phone (which is rare these days) and am extremely grateful for all of his help. Thank you Josh! You definitely deserve a raise. :)
