Exceptional customer service. Raul helped find me a great deal and explained details of policies and made my decision making very easy even though buying insurance has been a stressful process in the past trying to save money. I left feeling like I got a great deal which is something I never felt when dealing with insurance companies I haven't experienced. Thank you Freeway and especially Raul.

I’ve been getting insurance through them for a couple of years now. Today was the worst experience, the broker that is named Ernesto got me a new policy but same insurance. I also let him know that my old policy needed to be cancelled, he never updated me on anything regarding this situation. I was transferred literally 7 times till I finally got help from the cancellation department. Even then, I spoke to blue fire insurance and they’ve basically been having issues with them as well. I’m going to have to look for another insurance provider because this is just a headache.

Kevin has great customer service , very knowledgeable and friendly . Usually these experiences are long and drawn out , however Kevin worked quickly and efficiently to make sure he got the best possibly policy for me . He deserves all the raises in the world ,thank you Kevin .
