Freeway Insurance

This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, it has been a nightmare. I explicitly stated no auto pay when signing up, yet they still attempted to withdraw money from my account despite multiple warnings. Customer service was equally terrible. I spoke with Ramon Andres Garcia Rojo, who was extremely unprofessional and repeated the same error made initially by sending me incorrect documents. My agreed monthly premium was $257.66, yet I was suddenly charged $297.83 within 30 days with no notice or explanation. These practices are deceptive and unacceptable. I am counting down until my six month term ends so I can cancel this policy and never deal with this company again.

Jose Gibaja is excellent very professional, very helpful, concerned, very motivated at his profession. He made me feel very comfotable with making my descion on my car insurance. And was deligent in helping meet mine and my familys needs. 20 stars.

Adelaida was amazing! She efficiently established an auto insurance policy for me when I was in a pinch and needed one quickly. Not only did she get me a great rate, she was so sweet to talk to and made it a great experience. Highly recommend this office for your insurance needs!
