HORRIBLE customer service. Beware of Wayne! He will write you a policy, refuse to cancel it, hang up on you and ignore your calls. I’ve never experienced this in my life. He spelled my name and email wrong on my policy and documents. He lied and told me I had to cancel in store knowing I live in Houston. That was a lie I cancelled with customer service. Worst experience EVER.

She was patient and good talk to me throughout the whole situation told me what she was doing what I needed and what I didn’t need she was very understanding. Her customer service is A1. She was very sweet kind and well respected.
