AGENT: La' Lorrie Thomas I did have a great experience while talking to La' Lorrie Thomas, she was great and provided me with serval options. The 3 start review is because I was double charged for the roadside assistance. I do not know why but my insurance was set up to start on the next day instead of the same day. I also never received my proof of insurance, this may be due to the date issue mentioned previously.
