I had an excellent experience with this insurance company. The coverage options were clear, the pricing was fair, and the entire process—from getting a quote to finalizing my policy—was seamless. If you’re going to this location, BEWARE of this Agent Diana Arivizu Gonzalez, she will charge you a very high down payment, I asked her if she can work with me on that and she said I can pay the rest later, soon to find out when looking at the papers she had $220 of WIGGLE room to help me with the down payment. I had to use two different cards and now have 0 in my bank account right now because she couldn’t accommodate me, and have to wait next paycheck to have funds and I can say all she cares about is your money after that she’ll forget about you, I needed to have a lienholder added to my insurance after making the down payment and of course she said I have to wait 24 hours to make that change and will send me the information tomorrow, I texted her if she can email it to me because she
