This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. They lack basic courtesy, professionalism, and even common sense. The level of support provided is very poor, and they struggle to properly understand or address customer concerns. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I called to complain about the lack of a debit card payment option, the only available methods were credit card, bank account, and PayPal. Instead of addressing my concern, the representative focused on attempting to pronounce my name and repeatedly mispronounced it. I'm giving 2 stars ⭐️ because my agent Keila helped to get an affordable insurance over the phone. However I had to go to their office in norcross to get my insurance copies and the cards. When I got there at the Jimmy Carter office, the agent only handled me the copies, when I asked him about the card where I’m supposed to keep my insurance policy, he then told me that the don’t offer that , I was surprised because all insurance companies offer those cards to keep you insurance copy safe. Then I called my agent again and I was told to go to the Doraville location, I got there , the office said open until 7 pm but the door was closed, I looked inside and saw the agent bag 💼 but she wasn’t inside, I had to call the number in the door , after that , waited outside for about 25 min just for h
