Horrible. I can’t get my refund bc they want give me an answer. It’s been 10 months now. The worst insurance company ever in Denham Springs. I will not stop calling. They wanna hang up. Then send me to a Survey are you joking me. That’s 650 something bucks I gave over for insurance for one day. Got it on a Sunday. Couldn’t cancel it Monday bc I had to come in. There was not an insurance company near me. So I had to travel all the way to Louisiana that Friday to cancel it that Saturday. So aggravated I have been trying to get these people to give me my money back and they will not give me an answer. I have nothing but respect for y’all but whenever you will not give me an answer something’s gotta go. I will keep calling once a month until they give me my money and an apology for taking

Ms. Tanesha was very helpful and efficient with setting up my new policy. I had a prior bad experience with the Thibodaux location. She was extremely professional, explained the policy and my future expectations well. She’s knowledgeable, and she’s a great asset to your company. I have over 20 plus years in customer service, direct public, management fields, and I own my own business, she was by far my must pleasant experience with someone in customer service in recent years. Job well done!
