This is the second year with Freeway. This year, I actually went in to the Joliet office. And let me tell you! Alicia was my agent! She was amazing! Answered all my questions! And found the best rates for me. We did come have a couple of hiccups. Which the manager I believe her name is Aura, sorry if I spelled it wrong, helped with! Totally recommend this location and these ladies!
