wish I could give 0 stars! I contacted this company back in September for a policy. I was unable to get full coverage due to not being able to submit proper documentation. Therefore the company got me a liability policy! I initially paid $400 and something dollars and was told I was get the difference refunded. Fast forward to Nov 4 I called the office again to inquire about the refund a lady informed me “I would get $362 refund in 10 business days”! I called today at 10:30 the rep Giovanni answered and he said “I don’t see what your talking about” I asked for a manger he said “no one is available” put me on hold and guess what guys the manger Alex comes on the line smh. Remember Giovinni said”no one was available” he didn’t even inform me of the transfer. The manager Alex gets on the line

Amazing service from Xcaret!! She was more helpful than I could have ever imagined. She helped me through website issues I was having and got me a better quote than I found online. She was very nice and patient. Because of her I stayed with Freeway after issues and didn't choose to try elsewhere.
