On May 7, 2025, I purchased an auto insurance policy through Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC. I paid a total of $2,927.00 for what should have been a $1,777.00 policy with First Acceptance Insurance. I recently discovered that Freeway Insurance, through their agent Arnoldo Zuchuni, charged me an additional $1,140.00 for three separate travel club memberships with Nation Safe Driver—none of which I requested, authorized, or agreed to. I was never informed verbally or in writing that these products were being added. I only discovered the unauthorized charges when it was time to renew my insurance in November 2025, and I was told Freeway would not continue coverage.
