They are very unprofessional..they basically stole my state taxes and had me calling all over checking to see what the holdup was (almost 3 months)...Department of revenue informed me the taxes had been sent to an account set up by freedom tax...when I called the female informed me that its in the fine print of a page I never received.. they can take their fees outta state taxes..so why give me the run around if it was legit. So I asked how much are the fees then she suddenly couldn't speak enough english to be able to tell me how much my filing fees were...I will be reporting them to the irs and Never returning and make sure to let people know about their shady ways..in an attempt to save face I received one call after posting my review...please reply with a response to the paperwork

On Sept.28, 2018 my boyfriend and I stopped at Freedom Tax on Remount Rd to obtain car insurance. We paid the amount needed($280) to start our policy(full coverage) and we were good to go. We didn't recieve a prinout of how much our premium was going to be month to month for the duration of our policy but was quoted $242 per month and we recieved a receipt for the payment. This was the first red flag. October 21, 2018, we recieved a letter in the mail stating that our payment was due the following day and would also be late at that time which incurred a $10 late fee. We have dealt with quite a few insurance companies over the years to know that your insuance covers you for 30 full days from the time that you purchase it and you also recieve at least a 10 day grace period to pay before your
