I texted Dee Dee on a Saturday night, which was the last day of the month. I was trying to get insurance that would take effect on February 1st and not have to wait another month. I was very surprised when she answered my text. Then I provided her the information she needed and she did the applications right then, so she could get the ball rolling. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received.

I called to get help with Medicare. I got an appointment with Dee Dee the next day to meet and go over all the basics and what I needed to do to get it all set up. Later, I made a 2nd appointment to discuss Medigap insurance, and she helped me with that, giving me different options with costs and explaining the differences between types, and the difference from Part C. She was really helpful in getting me what I needed to make a decision and helped me with the steps to getting it all set up in time. Her help was invaluable to me.
