Service from the front office is consistently a joke. I’ve had 3 vehicle additions and subtractions to my policies over the years and each one has been an overly difficult process or slipped through the cracks of the office. Six months later the car I sold is still on my policy and the response I got was, “he doesn’t check his email” and “you need to follow up with us to be sure it’s taken off”

Getting a hold of someone is a nightmare. The robot thing is aggravating and hung up on me numerous times then once i was finally transferred the person hung up on me and didn’t call back. They should have a way to call back or let me call back and skip that long process that wastes time. People are in a rush and already in a bad mood due to accidents etc last thing anyone wants to do is re do all that 5 times and be on the phone over an hour. It’s ridiculous. There has to be a better way or extension or something in place. It’s 2025 figure it out we pay enough money that there should be better service. On top of all that i get asked the same questions over and over again which is frustrating. Not sure if he didn’t understand or lack of language not sure but i would assume everything is be

Lorena Chique -B has been truly amazing. I have loss my mom and no one ever told me what I had to do with my mom's vehicle. Lorena is patient and advised me on what I have to do. She is kind, really works with you and follows thru with what she says she is gonna do. I had Allstate years ago and never should have cancelled them. Always have been great.

This location is NOT really big on Customer Service. I been with them for over 5 yrs and I have decided to be look for another location.. Because of my busy schedule- was the only reason why - I have not change yet.. But that is about to change.. I am looking for an insurance agent and broker that want and appreciate my business.. Was tired of overpaying for my auto/home insurance. Was recommended by a friend to this agency, from the moment a felt comfortable with the person I spoke with as she was very patient to help me understand my needs. I have better coverage now and with a cheaper premium. Will recommend not only for the prices but mostly for the service and profesionalism
