Fred Wheatley - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have to concur with the prior review in that I received the BEST service from Andrea at Fred Wheatley's State Farm office. I had a major issue with my insurance which she took personal accountability for, and contacted me several times throughout the day until my situation was rectified. I have to thank both Andrea and Fred Wheatley for addressing my issue promptly and providing me with the best customer service I have received in quite a while despite coming in hot due to my issue. Kudos and keep it up as I am happy to provide this positive review as Andrea deserves recognition for the amazing service she provides. Thank you both!

I have to agree with the Simon Cooper review below. My agent retired and I was transferred to Fred Wheatley. It took me weeks of back and forth with his office to handle an FR19 with the MVA. This seems like Insurance 101. When I would call Sharron would answer and each call was like the first time I ever spoke to her. I was asked to text documents multiple times, which I did and never received a response, also emailed them and after several requests for updates the response I received was confusing. When I would ask on the phone if they received the documents there was never a clear answer. I did finally speak to someone else in his office who seemed to know what they were talking about but I never received an update, after asking for an update again I was asked again to text the

I have been a customer for approximately a year. The staff if pleasant and helpful always willing to answer any questions presented.

If you want an agent that’s lackluster in all dimensions then Fred Wheatley’s your man. Hardly any communication, slow to respond, prices double that of other insurance company’s and clueless folks that answer the phone this is the place. So glad I switched to a modern insurance company with agents that pickup the phone, answer all your questions and charge you realistic rates. Wish I ditched him years ago.
