They assigned me an adjuster haven't received a phone call, message, or email even to introduce herself to me or give me any information at all about my case, i call them and they say they can't help me or give me any information only my adjuster can but i've called her messaged her they haven't provided me a email to reach out to her haven't heard from her in 5 months my accident was in april i'm writing this in november just want to let you guys know my experience with the company everyone else was helpful i will say and answering phone calls except for the adjuster her supervisor and the manager of the department i've left voicemails no return calls either so it's nice everyone else is helpful but the help i actually need with my case is absent completely.

a terrible service the employees as if they were new have no experience at all bad customer service and above all 25% help

I called to pay my insurance and I was being very polite but not even 5 words in she hung up on me. Never experienced anything like that.

THE YOUNG MAN THAT WORKS SRY THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. I'LL DRIVE 50 MILES AWAY BEFORE I COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE.
