Fred Loya Insurance

The best place to get car insurance, At the time of my visit Lourdes was so helpful and knowledgeable. So I recently bought a car from a car dealership and i wasn’t aware that my car had safety recalls so when I stop by the office to get full coverage I wasn’t able to because of the recalls not being fix, Lourdes was so kind and knowledgeable she help me book an appointment for me to get my car serviced the next day and i was able to get everything fix and got my full coverage! Now I feel safe knowing my car was is fully covered and it’s safe. Thank you Lourdes for your awesome customer service!

At times when I call this location they will answer the phone without greeting ant at times being silent not speaking to the person. Very unprofessional especially when ppl are trying to pay their policy.

Representative Jazmin didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing . She kept calling other people to help her out. When I asked her questions regarding the policy we were trying to get she seemed annoyed . As a customer service representative for another company I know when someone is not being their most genuine self trying to help . Also, she seemed to be bilingual but when translating to my mom in Spanish she didn’t know how to . I had to re explain to my mom what she was “trying” to say . It was the attitude for me in general because even I myself have trouble translating sometimes but I try my best to keep a good attitude.

Overall Fred Loya has been a headache since I transfered over. Was offered roadside assistance now that I need it, I called the roadside assistance number and can't find my policy # Got crashed and since we both had fred loya they didn't properly investigate and even with the physical evidence at hand I got deemed at fault. Now I'm getting sued. It's been a hard and emotional roller-coaster with them. Don't recommend.
