Never had business with a company that makes it so hard to pay them. If you like to waste your time stopping by their office for everything then go ahead and do business with them. They will give you a policy over the phone and email. But once you're in paying them will be a hassle. Either you stop by the office, or spend 5-10 min on the phone with them monthly. Oh, and the lady Darlene at this office is rude if you complain. Very unprofessional! Their policy makes no sense at all and I'm still trying to get a hold of corporate to file a formal complaint and discuss their retarded policies.

Really bad service! They are not honest with their quotes. They give you an initial quote but then increase it right before you sign the contract. Also, the staff is very rude.

Horrible service said my daughter was high risk . Didn’t even have the registration papers in hand yet and started judging my daughters driving . Terrible customer service do not go here
