I learned in my previous visit not to volunteer information . I made a comment that I was having issues with the reverse and they almost didn't insure my vehicle .. so only answer questions asked !!

The office staff was super nice. But the deductable was outrageously high. Their commercials need to be upfront, not waste our time. Won't be using that insurance.

Went in for quota for my pre-owned vehicle that I had purchased and the person was so helpful..she answered all my questions with no hesitation and explained why my mother had to have her physician fill out a form...thank you for helping me I didn't get her name but next month I'll be back with FRED LOYA INSURANCE..
