Fred Loya Insurance

Lazy, always telling you "let's just do it later". Can't do anything over the phone. Can't even pay with my husband's debit card. I was extremely displeased with the employees at this location and how the overall company is run the first time I came here with a different vehicle, and I'm even more so this time. Had the employee at the time of me setting up my policy, not been telling me "we'll just set up auto pay later" and "we'll add your husband later" when I asked to do both, and if she wasn't constantly trying to get us to shop elsewhere for insurance as we were iffy about how much the monthly had gone up and made us feel unwelcome to be there to be the point I wanted to finish and leave, I would have had everything set up at that time. Fred Loya doesn't like to pay when you file a claim. It's almost been a month and my car still isn't fixed. Now I see why my dealership would've except this insurance. I wouldn't recommend this insurance at all!

I've been here for years at Fred Loya with descent prices but my monthly premiums just went up by 80% ! I'm looking elsewhere now. I won't recommend this place

The deductible is way too much I need a 500$ collision and 100$ comprehensive coverage they deductibles start at 1500$ way to much for me 🤷🙅😞😭
