Great service at this location! The employees are professional attentive and more importantly helpful. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the office manager Clarissa and she was awesome . Compassionate and efficient . The other girls there like Yamila and Carla have also helped me in various occasions . This is what you want from an office for everybody to be able to help you when you need it . Fred loyal has the best prices around don’t waste your time anywhere else .

I came in to cancel my policy on the 15th of October. Left a note for the manager with Jameila because she said a manager had to be in for cancellations and she would make sure she did it by the end of the day. Then I start receiving messages stating my draft will be in a couple of days so I go back in office and speak to Jameila again because the policy should have been cancelled, and once again I am told the manager is not in and that she will contact me later. Now i’m getting charged for yet another month when it’s been A WHOLE MONTH since I initially stepped in to cancel. I contacted another office and got the policy cancelled over the phone same day. This office needs some training.

Lying corporate offices that don’t reply if they owe on a car they agreed to pay off then only send partial payment after their insured drunk driver hit my wires car

Jamila with Fred Loya was amazing. She was so helpful and after getting the run around from a number of people she was the only one to solve the problem. She was professional, courteous and most importantly resourceful. She walked me through the process and waited on the phone until she received verification on her end that the process was complete.

I was in a wreck on December 24th rear ended by a driver with Fred Loya. I was sent two options by an adjuster. I choose Option two. It's been 90 days, when will you fix my truck. I've called every week since the wreck. This is very unprofessional. Your company needs to do better. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. Claim 65-000479905
