Fred Loya Insurance

Terrible experience. Employees are extremely unhelpful. Price changes from one minute to the next. They refused to take cash so I had to go get a money order and when I came back the price was $20 more. They made the entire process of getting insurance so difficult that I gave up and went somewhere else.

Loved loved loved my experience at this location on today!! Samantha was the absolute best. She got me in and out in no time, and a very good price on my policy. I will definitely return and look forward to enjoying my insurance from this company!!

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this insurance company. Just know that if you pay for this company you will not get the service you pay for. At least be aware that you only get one tow per policy every 90 days .. so if you need help more than that you won't get it here . Make sure not to have any accidents more than that or you will pay out of pocket. The staff try hard but will give you the run around for a few hours ... When a manager is needed keep in mind they take a two hour lunch. So if you're stuck somewhere make sure it's only once every 90 days if you don't use the tow in that time you do lose it .. it's not a roll over plan. Keep snacks in your car and God forbid you have kids with you ...
