Fred Loya Insurance

I just started with Fred loya but I am very pleased with the quote and customer service I received from Marissa. She made the process quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and addressed every concern I had.

Im surprised how many good reviews Marissa has. She was unbelievably rude to me, then she printed out last months insurance card. Maybe its because Im white?

I want to say Marissa was really helpful. She did good job on helping my family out. She's honest, polite and knowledgeable with great customer service.

I used to recommend them. But it seems just another company that will give you a great deal at first to hook you in but then change things up like Comcast. 3 years, no accidents or tickets, they took off my 10 dollar auto pay credit just because I only have a debit card. It's prejudicial. I've never been late on a payment.ive been on autopsy for 3 years, my bill has been almost double since I started. They just pull out whatever they want now. One month it's this and one month it's that...I called and tried to get everything fixed. I ended my auto pay until I heard back from the manager. They pulled it out anyway, and haven't heard back from the manager. Oh. And the first girl I was expressing my disappointment in what was happening, and asked to have it adjusted since I'm a loyal custome

I just want to say Marissa is the best I call my current insurance company and they upped my rate by $70 saying cause of inflation.... I don't think so I went to see Marissa and she got me $70 cheaper then my original rate.... go to Fred Loya in the Walmart at Kemah..... they are working to help you out not rip you off
