I've being a customer here for years. Service is terrible ,prices are given over the phone and when you go to the office the double the quote. I NEED INSURANCE! The manager Johan Guzman thank you for making find better service I can do business with Dishonest people and FYI I don't know why you have hidden charges be honest

Always helpful friendly and on point. I have been with Fred Loya Insurance for 10+ years now and never had any problems! And the Hesperia office is my favorite.

Was happy the girl that handled my insurance was extremely helpful and want to say her name but I like her and hopefully I have a good excuse to see her I felt a good vibe from her

Don't do it do not go here warning very very bad customer service by Monica 😡🤪👎. And because of Monica the company is now losing one more customer which is me. Way to go Monica for losing the company another customers. She won't let me pay my bill over the phone with my wife's card. And I don't even have an office in my city.
