Fred Loya Insurance

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad. He has been a customer with Fred Loya for 16 months. They renewed his policy and for some reason added me to his policy without his consent i have my own insurance with my husband so it was definitely weird, he didn’t find out about this until he notice he was getting money taken out automatically, his policy went up double his regular payment. He was definitely upset, he never added me to his policy and they even set up an automatic payment. My dad called even showed up to see what happened the staff didn’t care they just brushed him off and said they don’t know? the adjuster was on vacation and they can’t help. I received some of the best and smooth service today . Added insurance to my new car in a breeze !! I believe I was assisted by a girl named Eve or Evelyn ! Most likely it was Evelyn . But go to her ! don’t go anywhere else if you want amazing service

Unfortunately i had to call the professional at the El Monte office ,because the people over here in Fontana aren't very good at there job and i feel i should be refunded my dough for the last 6 month i was cover. They wrote down the wrong model of my car and couldn't fix they called there supervisor she couldn't fix it so the DMV suspended my registration it was so frustrating deal with them i gave up and luckily for me a coworker told me them girls at the El Monte office are professionals and know whats up. Thank you El Monte office 👍👍

I’ve been coming to Fred Loya for years, everytime I go I’m always greet with a smile. Evelyn is the last person who helped me with a problem I had and she was quick to solve the issue. Thank you Evelyn so much.
