Worst insurance place ever! They used to be good with good prices and services but now they're a joke!! Will give my money to any other company then this place!!!

I've called 6 times over 2 months to ask for a letter to be sent to me. I've lost all patience. How difficult is it to mail a letter? Asked to speak to manager the 5th time was immediately sent to voicemail by manager and voicemail box was full, no returned call. The 6th time I was told by another person I would be called by another manager within 24 hours, didn't happen. I can't believe this place is still in business to be completely honest. They can't do the most simplest of tasks. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Unprofessional ,rude and I'm just speaking on my own experices here they seem a little rasict. Wasn't helped, rushed out as I'm trying to get insurance. I honestly wouldn't give this location your business. Went a couple blocks down the road to another location and was treated as a human being

The prices are great but the people they hire to handle this type of job needs to work! They don’t seem to educated or knowledgeable on their own system or how it works!
