Fred Loya Insurance

Do not recommend !! Gave my insurance on time every month for a couple of years. Had 1accident with a pole. Getting them to pay was the most horrible experience. They don't return phone calls and constantly had to wait a long time for someone responsible to answer my questions and even then my money came in portions depending on how long I was willing to wait to state my case each and every time as if I had nothing else better to do. They are good only for taking your money but very difficult for them to pay when it's their turn.

Both Karen & marisol have been very professional and helpful with the process of getting car insurance. They both walked me through the process with kind and well manners. I would recommend coming to Fred loya off of Trenton and mccoll for quotes of car insurance
